In a hot chamber machine, the molten metal is maintained at a temperature in a container. That’s useful since it allows you to pour the metal into the mold quickly. Hot chamber machine efficiencies (typically few pounds) make them ideal for such things like toys or jewelry.
After we created the products, the next step is to finish and shrink it to the correct size and shape. Parts and pieces of art are often cast out of resin, plastic, or metal, which makes them a little rough to touch, and we take all those parts and use something called a Dremel and sandpaper or other tools to smooth out the edges. Once it does, once we finish with the cleaning, we do a quality check on every single product to see if it is as new as possible.
